Con i Golden Globe 2018 siamo arrivati alla 75esima edizione dei premi assegnati dalla Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), l’associazione formata dalla stampa estera di Hollywood. Questi segnano l’entrata nel vivo del periodo caldo della stagione dei premi cinematografici, la cosiddetta Awards Season, quest’anno più interessante ed incerta che mai, che potrete seguire con notizie ed approfondimenti qua su Ciakclub.
Le nomination per questi Golden Globe 2018 erano state presentate l’11 Dicembre, alla guida del lotto dei favoriti c’era La Forma dell’Acqua – The Shape of Water di Guillermo del Toro con sette candidature. A seguire, con un totale di sei nomine, Tre Manifesti ad Ebbing, Missouri di Martin McDonagh e The Post di Steven Spielberg. Per il mondo della televisione invece Big Little Lies con sei nomination. Questa è inoltre il primo grande evento pubblico a seguito del grande scandalo delle molestie che ha sconvolto Hollywood. In segno di protesta le donne hanno deciso di vestirsi tutte di nero.
